John Duncan Area Director: EMENA

John has been married to Maisie for over 33 years and they have two daughters - Sarah and Emma. When he’s not touring round the EMENA nations he enjoys wood-turning, cutting trees down and cutting them up again, spending time with his family, long-distance cycling, eating and the music of Bruce Springsteen.

Bryan Blomker Liaison Officer: EMENA & USA

Bryan is married to Jill and they have three kids - Mykala, Cody and Elijah. He lives in Minnesota, U.S.A. He serves as a link between YFC staff, ministries and opportunities in the EMENA Area and YFC/USA, its constituents, churches and resources.

Art Melli Connecting People and Projects: EMENA

Art has been married to Beckie for 34 years and they have two grown-up children and a grand-daughter. Based in Kandern, Germany, Art is the man to talk to if you have a project that you need people for, or if you are a non-USA-based person looking for a project. He and Beckie have been involved in youth work since the early 1970's, in different capacities and different countries. In his free time he enjoys cycling, hiking, basketball and watching movies with substance.

Malcolm Johnston Regional Director: Eastern Europe

Malcolm is married to Gail and they have two teenage daughters. He was Managing Director in Johnston Campbell Ltd, a specialist financial planning business in N. Ireland and he is currently leading the development of a new company. Malcolm has worked across E. Europe for thirteen years pioneering and establishing social and charitable projects managed by local people.

Allan Grier Regional Director: Southern Europe

Allan is married to Wendy and they have two daughters, Emma and Sophie. He is from N. Ireland and has a law degree but discovered early on in life that the legal profession was not for him. Allan has previously worked with YFC for nine years in the European Office, (then in France), followed by eight years with YFC NI, where he co-ordinated the Summer Teams programme.

Bob Tanner Regional Director: Central Europe

Bob and his wife, Judy, now make their home in Darwin, Minnesota. They have three grown-up children and thirteen grandchildren. Bob is a 50-year veteran of YFC with wide experience in youth evangelism throughout the world. He has served with YFC in four U.S. cities as well as in Central Europe.

John Sagherian Regional Director: Middle-East & North Africa

John is married to Nancy and they have two children, Thia and Jay. He was one of YFC's longest-serving National Directors when he stood down as boss of YFC Lebanon in mid-2010, to take on full-time his current role. He and Nancy continue to be based in Beirut, where they are also heavily involved in the life of the Armenian Evangelical church, and where John serves on the board of Haigazian University.
